RCL are now providing dedicated Jeopardy Management resource to Telefónica based at their switch site in Harlow for the third successive year.
Working closely with Telefónica’s fault management centre in Slough the Jeopardy team monitor the O2 network for faults and task out to the relevant suppliers. The faults can range from minor software issues to major service failures that can affect the O2 network.
It is imperative that the network is running at its optimum level at all times and therefore ensuring a high quality service to O2’s customers. The value of the Jeopardy team is that they have the in-depth knowledge required to diagnose faults quickly and decide what is the best course of action.
